Why Do We Need Rules?

Rules are an important necessity for keeping any form of competition safe and fair.

Rules are structured so that there are a set of parameters within which one can participate and compete in a positive atmosphere of equal opportunity.

Rules encourage and reward individual performance and initiative.

Rules also protect the health, safety, and well being of participants.

Rules promote the integrity of sport in a positive way that will foster the foregoing ideals through the establishment. This also Includes enforcement of punitive rules.

What Can Happen if a System is Without, Law or RULES?

ANARCHY, CHAOS, HATE, ABUSE, AND WAR !!!!!!!!




Who do you tell if a volunteer administrator with no training working in their free time, is the seed of the conflict!

CYBER STALKING BULLY BLOGS CREATED BY WHAT APPEARS TO BE  ACTIVE PARTICIPANT's OF FINDAGRAVE!!!!

   Photography is a bit of a hobby for me. When I found the website FindAGrave I  noticed  the volunteer photo program. I thought this is something I might be able to help out with; and improve my photography skills at the same time. I signed up for my account which was relatively easy and quick. I then went through the frequently asked questions about taking the volunteer photos. 

Before I got started I decided to do a little research on the site to see what kind of reputation the website has. I wanted to make sure I was  completely educated in how this site operates.

  I performed a Google search for FindAGrave and website review. What I found was ALARMING! I quickly came to the conclusion that the website is UNMONITORED!!!  The site is also absent of any QUALITY website support. Most likely it is also absent of any regulated courses of action; creating a hostile environment. Hence conflict seems to spill over outside of the website. From what I understand there are a handful of administrators who are volunteers helping 75,000 people in their SPARE time.  They are also not required to follow the website guidelines in resolving issues. So they ban people in disregard of the site guidelines. Any site that bans veteran users of 4-11 years is a glaring reflection of the  SHOTTY type of individuals involved in running the site. When theses people ban you they give your work away or destroy it so all the money and time you invested is gone. 

  The first red flag showed multiple users complaining about misuse of  the volunteer photograph program. Not by other members but by ADMINISTRATORS!The administrators are deleting filled photo requests that others used their time and money to take, out of an act of kindness. I am not sure if there is anything more corrupt than administrators abusing an act of kindness by a stranger.  I would write the website and ask questions about what the circumstances were but it does not seem likely I will receive a response.  According to the websites own FAQ's.  No response is a clear sign of I do not care! 

  Next I noted years of cyber stalking and bullying and harassment. One member has created  Bully  Blogs. The author does not hide the fact that she is a cyber stalker. She documents chats and website reviews, authored by her victims. All of which have nothing to do with her. Other than her repeated insults injected in to her victims text. The rest of the content did have something to do with her because the victims were responding to the lies and threats that she aggressively posted anywhere she could. She posted on  multiple public websites, in multiple blogs, and I even found her launching her attacks in the forum of findagrave. 

   I decided to see what it takes to be this mentally disturbed . I googled cyber stalking and cyber bullies. 99% of the material out there is covering kids in middle school. This would indicate to me where an adult would be mentally, if they were to engage in this type of activity. This adult actually had multiple blogs. She has made multiple attacks on public websites. Some of which bystanders reported as harassment. After the websites reviewed the content they deleted her attacks. The predator closed up shop and resorted to further assaulting her victims on a cemetery facebook website. The assault was reported to facebook as well as copies of a four month long rampage this predator went on. 

In comparison, I just read an article about a 14 year old boy who created multiple blogs  attacking the girl who recently broke up with him.The 14 year old boy seems to be less disturbed than the adult female. A still very active volunteer for findagrave. 

So where is the site owner? Jim Tipton

Findagrave I had planned on joining the site to volunteer to take photos. I decided I should probably check a few website reviews before I got started. What I discovered was shocking. You have findagrave volunteers cyber stalking and bullying people. They have created Findagrave hate blogs which include links to the victims face book accounts. I would imagine if the victims are unaware that their profiles have been attached to a findagrave bully blog this may create an even larger pool of victims.For example children. I would hope you plan to do something about this because over a period of a day the list of victims "lone walker" aka "Denise Hardin" has, actually grown. If volunteers are stalking and tracking people down like this, I have to wonder how well your administrators are dealing with issues on the site? I also think by allowing this member to continue on with this kind of conduct which boarders on the line of dangerous; you are guilty of endangering the safety of others. I tried to get help for the victims! 

I thought if I went to someone who could stop it versus addressing the predator directly, I might have a better result. Mainly because the predator had reached over 12 people she and her side kick were harassing. It included everyone who had expressed concern about her behavior. This is how Jim Tipton helped me in getting the victims of these terrorists some relief.   He ignored numerous email pleas on behalf of these victims both former and current members. He deleted the message I posted above and blocked my IP address so I could not return to the website to ask for any further help
.  
 Yes the predator is free to continue to harass and batter new victims.  The well being and safety of others are of no apparent concern of Mr. Jim Tiptons.  

The former members were twice bitten because they were ripped off valuable time and money by his volunteer administrators who are not required to follow any regulated course of action... The current members are most likely just a matter of time.

I am being harassed and being bullied continually everyday, hour, and second from people and I would like to know how to unlink it so they can not watch and see everything I am doing? I have seen others be able to do this so I know it can be done. Also how can I block them from being a friend?
